Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete necessary forms and documentation.
Kindly bring the following, if applicable:
- Letter from referring doctor
- List of all your medications
- Copies of relevant blood tests, X-rays
- Be prepared to give a urine sample
Fees
Our services are billed at standard private practice rates. During your consultation, we will gladly explain our billing policies, including how we work with medical aid schemes, available patient discounts where applicable, and our payment terms, ensuring you have a clear understanding of all associated costs.
